Cusiano, set in the municipality of Ossana, part of Val di Sole, at an altitude of 945 m, is a well tended winter resort offering some 37 km of ski trails, 18 button lifts and a total of 7 cabin lifts. The nearby destinations include Folgarida, Mezzana and Marilleva, which offer some 80 km of well-groomed pistes operated by 25 lifts, and four good black runs. The valley has a varied après ski scene, with activities including torch-lit descents, snowshoe walking and ice-skating, as well as swimming, bowling and karaoke. The town houses an Austro-Hungarian cemetery built in 1917 and a memorial park.
