Folgarida is the largest ski area among the various small ski resorts east of Trento. The location is not popular outside Italy, but along with lift-linked Costa, it has more than 60 km of runs. The area is most suitable for beginners or lower intermediates. Boarders and skiers could learn on the spot. The expert skiers could still resort to any off-piste. Although the Folgarida lift system is not very modern, the resort is recommended for skiing younger families and off-snow activities. The village itself has some humble eateries and boasts a quiet nightlife. The resort is reachable from Verona airport.
