Mezzana introduction
Mezzana is situated in the beautiful Val di Sole, minutes away from the major ski resorts in the vallley: Marilleva 900, Marilleva 1400, Folgardia and Ortisei. The historic centre is very attractive with small steep streets and various elegant buildings dating back to centuries ago. The villagesmenas, Ortisei and Roncio are a part of the Mezanna municipality. The village offers all types of services and shops: cycle runs, paths for walks and excursions, City Hall Sporting Centre, a centre for rafting and riding on horseback. There are two indoor swimming pools, a Turkish bath, a sauna, hydromassage. The cross-country ski trail is 6 km long and includes Pellizzano and Mezzana. There is also a canoe stadium in the village.
