Passo Tonale is one of the highest ski resorts in Italy and it offers good snow all season long. It is situated on the border between Lombardy and the Trento Alto Adige region, surrounded by the marvellous Ortles Cevedle, Adamello Presanella and Brenta ranges. Passo di Tonale is a large and panoramic amphitheatre spreading at an altitude of 1880 to 3100 meters.
The slopes of Passo Tonale are very suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers, but there are also some good off-pistes and black runs for advanced skiers. The resort has
access to the Presena glacier, which offers all year skiing. Passo Tonale has an excellent ski school suitable for skiers of all ages. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, a disco pub and the Miramonti disco bar. Apres ski activities include: a swimming pool at Ponte di Leegno, a natural ice rink, fitness room, sauna, beauty centre, torchlight decent, skidoos, toboganning with a dedicated toboggan lift, dog sledging, sports shops.
